Keith Norman is an experienced IT Professional who has been an IT Project Manager for the last 15 years.
During his early years as an IT Professional, Keith spent 5 years as a Service Desk Manager, managing a 50 seat Service Desk for a major financial institution. During this period, he managed various Service Desk projects and initiatives.
Keith has also spent a considerable period as a Service Level Manager, managing IT Service Level Agreements across all business units in the financial services sector. During this time, Keith also managed various joint venture service levels between financial institutions.
Project Management was always a passion that Keith wanted to pursue, numerous application projects were delivered in the payments and credit card industries. Keith has a good understanding of the SDLC and is very adaptable to most environments. After leaving the financial services, Keith has been exposed to various IT infrastructure projects as well as projects pertaining to the Motor Industry, IT Security, SAP migrations as well as Mobility Porting.
Keith has a wealth of ITIL and project management experience and will help you with the successful delivery of projects.
