Etienne Shardlow is our CEO and senior consultant. He specialises in Governance of IT and IT Service Management.
Etienne’s expertise in IT Service Management and Governance of Enterprise IT assist our clients to develop enterprise-level oversight and alignment of their use of information and supporting technologies with business needs.
Etienne has spent the last ten years training and consulting in IT Service Management, Project Management, Information Security and Governance of IT. Etienne is an accredited and accomplished trainer and frequently trains courses in ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security), ISO/IEC 20000 (IT Service Management), AgilePM®, Praxis Framework™, Cobit®5, SDI, as well as ITIL and Prince2.
Etienne is certified in ITIL® 2011 (certified ITIL Expert and Practitioner),
ITIL® 4 (Foundation and Managing Professional), COBIT®5, PRINCE2® 2017, AGILE PM, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001 and Service Desk Institute.
Etienne primarily consults clients wishing to address information security and governance of IT improvements, and has vast experience implementing governance of enterprise IT using the South African National Department of Public
Service & Administration’s CGICTPF and COBIT in the Public Sector.
With a wealth of project management and change management knowledge, Etienne is well suited to helping you to resolve issues you have in the successful delivery of projects or in the acceptance of solutions and change into business as usual.
